​How Do I Place An Order?

 

If you are a first time customer, simply place your order and your purchase will be mailed to your desired address.  If you are a SCH or RRMC employee that has ordered a cap or bonnet, select the DELIVERY option, complete the contact information and the order will be hand delivered to you.  Otherwise, all other orders will be ship via USPS with flat rate shipping fee.

Processing Time

 

Once you have purchased your products, there is a 1-3 day processing time (10-14 days for select times).  When you order is ready, you will receive an email/text/call that it has been sent or ready for pickup /delivery).  All products are shipped by USPS first class mail and we do our best to ensure you receive your product in 7-10 business days..

How do I know I purchased the correct size hat?

​

Prior to your purchase, please take a measuring tape and measure the circumference of your head.  This will give you an idea of which hat will work best for you.  The measurements of each style cap is included in the description.

How do I select my favorite fabric?

​

Once you have selected your favorite fabric, include the Group Name and Fabric number (Example: Group C-1) in the comment section of the purchase.  For example, you would enter "B2" for the fabric choice.  Otherwise, you will receive an email confirming the color choice which will delay your order.

​Payment and Shipping

 

The various methods of​ secure payment options are shown in the checkout section of the website.  If you are a SCH or RRMC employee and you would like to pay in a different form (i.e. Cash, Cash App, Apple Pay), please contact me to discuss the alternate payment option.  All products are shipped by USPS first class mail.  (See "PROCESSING TIME").

 

Returns/Cancellation Policy

All sales are final.  No refunds or returns, No cancellations, and No exchanges are accepted on handmade goods.  If you have any questions, or would like to make any changes to your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your order.  Leave a detailed comment on your changes, order number for reference, and a contact number and/or email address. How do I receive a delivery for caps/bonnets?

​

For delivery method, select the DELIVERY option.   Be sure to include your confirmation number, hospital location, department/title and a cell number where you can be reached.  You will receive a call/text so that I can deliver your order.  Be sure to send this information to me in the CONTACT page of this site within 24 hours of your purchase.

How do I engrave my keychain?

There are 17 spaces that will hold your desired engraving.  Be sure to fill out the section in the order for what you would like engraved on your keychain.  Complimentary engraving colors will be selected to best compliment the color of the keychain.
